Peter, I tend to think of Commercial as a camera repair operation. I'm also finding them to be a bit pricey lately based on two cameras I took in for work.

The news on Precision sounds promising indeed. My 5400 (first version) has been flawless since I bought it new several years back, but it's good to have this repair source "just in case." Big thanks!
I might inquire with them about whether they deal with Hexars as well. (Mine are just fine, but...just in case!
(Edit: Well, for what it's worth, Precision's site does list the Hexar (presumably the AF model) and Hexar RF among the cameras they service, so who knows? Hope springs eternal, and all that.)

Yes, if it is true that the pipeline for Konica/Minolta parts is now flowing, then that's good news for owners of a wide variety of K & M products. However, assuming the pipeline is flowing, I wonder if independents like Greg Weber have access to the parts.
