Recommendations please for Nikkor lens CLA

Hi - would appreciate any recommendations based on first-hand experience of a repair person for a CLA on Nikkor SLR lenses, in Canada or the USA

Good info...I have a Nikkor 135mm 2.8 S#856XXX that has slow aperture blades...they don't appear oily so it may be a spring...
I don't use it much but someday would like to get it working again...
