how does it work? i tried a red marker on some clear plastic warp in front of the window.. then all i can see is the RF image that moves.. not the one that moves at all...
Then you will have to use Leica Tape or Leica Marker for this project 😉.
This method actually works on any rangefinder. I did it to my Zorki and Contax II. It actually works very well.
There were filters made by Leitz/Leica for the VF and RF windows to enhance contrast; OKARO or ORAKO, I can't recall which.
A bit pricier than the tape on the vF window!

Just try to put a line across the viewfinder window with a Sharpie trying to put it through the area where you can see rangefinder spot. It will help you focus on vertical lines of any subject. I am sorry, it came out kind of confusing. hope it makes any sense.
