The LA Times has a story today of a set of images made during WWII at Normandy of the funeral of General Theodore Roosevelt Jr. who died f a heart attack while on active duty near Ste-Mere-Eglise in Normandy.
The photos were shot with a Leica Elmar 3.5 by Army Pfc. Sidney Gutelewitz who only recently rediscovered the previously unpublished images which include photos of George Patton and Omar Bradley.
