Was fortunate to have missed the fire in Camden Market (UK) by mere minutes, having left for dinner just 30mins before the reported blaze begin. The first few shots were from the day of the fire, some taken just moments before i left, on the Hexar RF with a variety of lens (15mm, 28mm 1.9, 40mm 2.0). I've also added some older shots done on digital (1dmk2, 70-200mm 2.8, 16-35mm 2.8)

Is the market gone for good? That would be really terrible! 🙁 I like the contrasty look of your pics. My favorite is #19 (MT9O0615ds), I like all the angles in it.

i don't think u can ever kill camden market for good. Certainly some parts of it will need to be reconstructed but i think the market will return, albeit with a newer facade. Only time will tell i guess.

Londerners are persistent and resistant , but they may use it as an excuse to redevelop prime office space . Love the pics .
