Removing water - basic question

Thought I'd let you know how I got on.
I did my next roll this afternoon with the last rinse in distilled water then a wee soak in photo-flo... shook the excess off the reel and hung without squeegeeing...
And it worked a dream - I have my first usable selfdeveloped roll of negs!
