The naming ring was losing some black coating due to disassembly. Is there anyway to paint it black again and looks as original?

I try to use the original paint, but I can‘t tell what kind of paint it was. Was it enamel?

Post some pictures. Chances are- you will not find an exact match. If it is scratched from disassembly, it's probably into the metal. You would need to strip it and redo completely to make it look like new. Just to make it look not as obvious- use a Black Sharpie before going to great depths. Cheese-wiz solution, but it usually works.

🤔 I’ll try something laying around and see how it turns out
If it doesn’t work I would probably go with some acrylic spray paint

I often find modeller's stores a great source of all kinds of small tools as well as paints and lacquers. Many paints these days are spray but I think you can still buy tiny cans of lacquer. I recall doing this a few years ago for exactly the same reason - to touch up a scratched lens. I found that a modeller's store in my city had not just one kind of black but at least half a dozen - matt, satin, gloss, metallic, ultra black, softer black etc. It was not hard to find a shade of black that was an exact match. Another touch up solution I use is in the form of real paint in a felt tip pen (not the spirit based stuff normally found). This is not too robust if it's in an area that is being handled but might work fine for a dress ring on a lens and it can also be over coated with a matt clear lacquer to protect it.
