Repairing rewind crank-Bessa 2A

I have trouble with my Bessa 2A rewind crank, that makes me couldn't rewind my roll. After I check it up, it seems that while I'm rolling my rewind crank, the pole inside the chamber is not rotating.

Does anybody has a familiar situation? Can I repair it by myself?
