Request for Fuji Pro 400H test results and ASA recommendations

Kindly share your thoughts on Fuji Pro 400H. I've picked up a roll and want to shoot it at a recommended ASA - if indeed 400 is not optimal. Many thanks.

Better to give it ISO 250.

Very little under exposure latitude, but seems to have more overexposure latitude than any other color negative film.
