Results From the QL 17

I finished running two rolls of film through the camera and I have to say that the results really surprised me. Such a great lens that leaves a beautiful signature on the image.

I did have some problems with it on the second roll though. The film jammed around the 26th exposure and it aggravated me that I lost a number of exposures because of it. I hope this is not a recurring problem.

It is a wonderful picture taker. The 1st photo shows that the 40/1.7 is a good portrait lens. I like all of them but especially the 1st.

i used to have one, i got a canon screwmount now. i have to say i kind of miss the simple fixed lens. not to mention how sharp it is. i go through negatives now and i didnt realize how sharp the lens was.

i like the first the most, the DOF makes the shot for me.
