I've got a Retina Ia with the 50mm f/3.5 Kodak Ektar lens, and it's having a bit of "retina separation" (pardon the pun). The camera has a bad light leak right at the base of the bellows, and I think it's the bellows separating from the body, rather than an actual bellows leak. I was wondering if anyone had a quick tip or two of how to fix it, or, if it's not something a rookie Camera DIYer should try, who I should send it to.
The Retina Ia is an amazing piece of machinery. I love the compactness and the Ektar lens is just outstanding! I really want to get it all buttoned up so I can use it more regularly.

I had this problem with my Retina I. I spread a little glue on the separated edge of the bellows and pressed it in place. You have to be careful not to get glue where it shouldn't go. I used a little too much and can see a bumpy edge along one side of the negative, though that only matters if I want to include the frame edges in your image. I used hide glue, but other types would probably work too.

I will use the plastic model kit maker's mantra, "Not enough glue is too much" and be careful. Thanks for the tip!
Other than Hide Glue, what glues would work for this?
