Retina II with Kodak Ektar

Here are a few images. I just got the camera from my father a few months ago and Chris Sherlock cleaned it up for me. I've never used Sunny 16 before, not to mention a fully manual camera--and learning a lot! I don't see many posts with this lens (Kodak Ektar f 2, 47mm) and wonder how many are out there.

The Ektar is not as uncommon as many would have you think but it is an excellent lens. I have a Retina II with it and it produces outstanding quality images..
 
The rendering of the Ektar lens looks nice. Very vintage. I have a IIa with the Schneider-Kreuznach Xenon 50mm f/2.
 
Thanks for your comments. Though relatively inexperienced and lacking many comparisons I too like this lens. Most of the photos taken were underexposed so I'll need to adjust--or get a meter! But when I got the exposure right, and the composition was okay, the photo satisfied, though I'm not sure I could say why other than I the image seemed crisp and I liked the tones.
