What is your dream camera? This is a question often asked in camera collector's groups as we like to fantasize about a custom combination of the best features of any camera, making what we consider to be the perfect model.

Today's review for the Canon A35 F probably wouldn't quality as anyone's dream camera, but it's clearly someone might have been sleeping when designing it, as this is a 35mm rangefinder camera, stripped of all manual controls, but adding an in body electronic flash.

Released in 1978, less than a year before Canon's first auto focus model, the A35 F was clearly a stop gap model, but does that mean it's bad? Read my review to find out!
