rf patch enchancement

I have an idea of upgrading the rangefinder patch enchancement suggested by rick oleson on his site (the piece of electrical tape in the middle) by making it real small - in the middle of the rf patch - that way you have a double image with a split image in the center. Shall try how it works out.

do you have a link to ricks site? Your idea sounds good if the patch isn't made too small.
