RFF Blocked in Canada??

Hi all,
Wondering if anyone else has encountered this problem today. I was logged on earlier today without a problem but came back this afternoon and I kept getting a message about RFF being blocked. Luckily, I have a proxy app that allows me to unblock sites. What's going on?

Must have been a momentary thing. Logged on without a problem today.

I'm having intermittent connection issues with riff today. my error message says cannot find server.
