"things" are going well! Work has not stopped. The majority of the text-related stuff is done, as is the image-related stuff. We're chasing down miscellaneous (missing, incorrect, etc.) information right now, and tying up the loose ends. We've a couple of people that we need to hear from. Ralph is following up on that end. Within the next week it'll all get pulled into the layout, and then we'll be really close. Hope this suffices as an update.

Good idea to provide an update here. Ray and Brett are working their tails off. We all are communicating regularly via email. And, most importantly, the book is getting done.
