So after a bit of f-ing around and some complications it's up. For some reason I had the date of the discount wrong, so we missed out. Bit of a bummer but hey. Without the discount the cost of me reshipping the books to everyone would really get up there, so I think the easiest is for everyone to order there own with this link. It's $87 + postage.
I've ordered my copy and should have it within a week, so I'll let you know how it turned out.
I think shipping gets tricky for outside Australia, so for the NZers amongst us, PM me and you can ship it to me and I'll forward it on to you.
I'll PM everyone who's expressed interest and been involved today sometime.
