AS I've flipped through the internet for inspiration, I've found these quotes by Robert Doisenau, that seem to have been made on request to animate discussion at RFF.

1)
"If you take photographs, don't speak, don't write, don't analyze yourself, and don't answer any questions."
2)
"I hate collectors, the ones who take something just for themselves."
3)
"If I knew how to take a good photograph, I'd do it every time."
--------------

I think that nr 2 should be particularly popular...

"I don't photograph life as it is, but life as I would like it to be."

You can make this #4.

Doisneau and Kertesz, by Wolfgang H. Wögerer.

If I understand #2 correctly, I seriously disagree with it.
Actually .... it does not make any sense. Of course people buy things for themselves.

#6 Stay away from photography forums ... they'll distort your perspective and unleash prejudices you never knew you had.

"7) Nothing is certain except death and taxes

... unless one lives in Monaco, then its just death "

Haha... there actually are taxes in Monaco... particularly the VAT, but also the NOISE tax, like now, for the GP...
