So, can I get away with swapping out my original (2005) GR Digital without alerting the home office? 🙂 It currently wears a Leica SLOOZ finder, which is probably its most prominent characteristic. So that wouldn’t change.

EDIT: Nevermind... that link was for the first version of the APS-C camera. The GRIII is very close in size to my GRDIII. Different button layout on the back though.

I would think so... depends on how detailed oriented the home office is with regard to things like this. It'll be quite the upgrade for you... so you should do it and if it doesn't go over as planned, have a good excuse lined up.
