Honestly, I do find it very hard to know what's 'good' and what's not so great. I feel a bit stale all over, like a mouldy biscuit, but am working on it.

Always ominous clouds at the moment aren't there? Oftentimes they don't bother being ominous, they just om all over the place without warning.
