I've just bought a GRD2, took it out for the day...put in new batteries...and it wont turn on? The green light on the front flashes once and nothing happens. Any ideas?

Try updating the firmware? There are instructions on how to do so online.

You need to be able to turn the camera on to update the firmware? I put on v2.4 yesterday. Perhaps the new firmware is faulty?
