We had 70 F on Wed. Then the temp started falling. The high today has been 25F. Yesterday, we got freezing drizzle/rain/ice pellets for about 20 hours and then it snowed. :bang:
Fortunately, we only got 3-4 inches instead of the 8-10 they were calling for us to get.
Here's a tree leaf that shows what we had.

I still can't believe that Ottawa is colder than Moscow (which was my guess when I was first asked the question)! Ouch

An excellent point! Although I must say, that tequila that Alkis recommended is looking mighty enticing right about now (not available in just any liquor store, is it Alkis?
