Rimshot .... and 'Not Just A Pretty Face."

A couple of months ago I travelled to a small country town named Boonah, a couple of hours drive from Brisbane, to attend a gallery opening at the local community arts center and take some pics of the night. It was for an exhibition called 'Not Just A Pretty Face' which ran for around four weeks and was very successful and well received. The opening night set an attendance record I'm told. 🙂

An online publication called Rimshot (geographically the area is known as 'The Scenic Rim') has published a report of the night and happily used some of my images which I was pleased to provide at no charge because I feel that art in rural or detached areas has special significance. LINK
