"Rings" on Nokton 35 1.4 sc lens coating??

Hi,

My new 35 1.4 sc arrived yesterday, everything seems fine except that I noticed there are "rings" or circles on the front element's coating when seen under ANY man-made light sourses (however not seen under natural light). And the center of the circles is not the center of the lens, it rotates as I rotate the lens.

I've never used a lens like this before, so I'm not very sure if it is a normal situation. Could you guys tell me? Thanks.

This has been brought up here before - I seem to remember that it's the coating or the aspherical element or something that causes this reflection under certain light.

Nothing to worry about I'd think...
