I did read many years ago about his photography, but had forgotten about it since I didn't really follow his career. Thanks for the mental jog.

yeah he had a few shows/books around the time I got exposed to it and that was in the photo press at that time. I recall seeing one of his hand prints and it was stellar; he was a craftsman in the darkroom really top notch technique materials and execution. Has his own dedicated darkroom and knew how to use it. RIP I guess he knew when to fold him
