Having been raised in Africa and worked there many many years , I feel sad learning the death of malick SIDIBE:

My brother's newest art work is using multiple patterns to juxtapose the face. I told him he should look at Seydou Keita. When I was looking up Keita, I learned of Sidibe's passing. At least most of Sidibe's work is available and archived.
