I have learned so much from so many searches online when getting into the Leica brand that came up with articles or comments from Tom A. Such a nice guy and so greatful for his contribution to the photography world.

I just saw the news and really shocked. The previous latest new I read months ago was his reply in some thread that he was recovering from a back injury.

It's a really sad news. Tom has replied my questions in this forum with very detailed and helpful information.

Damn, this is devastating news. I never met Tom in person but I was connected to him via Flickr and other social media platforms. Every time I posted something on Flickr he would like it. It's a big regret not meeting the man in person. My condolences to his family and friends.

What a great contribution he made to this site, and all the many other realms, photographic and otherwise, that he touched. A life well lived and a spirit that will be missed. More than once, even though I never met him personally, he offered help (and encouragement. Truly a sweet, sweet soul.
