Robot Royal 36 question

Hi Folks,

I bought a Robot Royal 36 🙂 Small in size but a heavy piece of metal and glass; not much plastic here !

Does any of you know the size of the filter for its Carl Zeiss Sonnar 50mm F2 ?
I searched on the web but I could not find it.
I am actually looking for a hood to fit that lens and eventually for a camera case.

Measure in mm across the front thread and order a "normal hood" from HK or thereabouts.

I believe that the Robot Royal 36, 50mm Sonnar takes 38mm Robot filters.They frequently appear on the German / Austrian Ebay website and also the 38mm Robot Telescopic Lenshood,but do make sure that you do not buy the Robot filters and Telescopic lenshood for the earlier Robots which have a clip-on fitting for hood and filter which does not fit the lenses for the later Robot cameras.
