I'm thinking of trying Adox Pan 25 (I think probably this is now a repackaged Efke product?), and I'd like to process it at home without a darkroom.

I want to use a simple array of chemicals which I can use on a one-shot basis and dispose of through the local authority's recycling scheme (we have a septic tank sewer system which discharges into a trout stream, so I don't want to chuck used chemistry down the drain).

I already use hypo (sodium thiosulphate) to fix Centennial POP prints, and I have good memories of using Rodinal for slow films many years ago.

So does anyone have experience/opinion about using this film in combination with Rodinal as a developer, dilute vinegar as a stopbath, and hypo as a fix?

You'll want some hardener for the hypo, as the adox/efke films are rather soft. What hardener for straight hypo escapes me now, potassium alum may be right- it is used in the rapid fixers. It is very bad for the eyes- so take some extra care there.

Rodinal should be a good match, an old developer on an old emulsion.

Plenty of folks here will warn you against stop-bath of any kind, but vinegar/water should be fine, I'm a stop-bath user, and don't have any of the reported film ruining troubles. I would keep it dilute, the older style emulsions are more likely to get pinholes from strong stop.
