Rodinal + XTOL

I read this interesting article and its links yesterday and wondered if anyone here had ever tried this combo:

With two of my basic films ( APX 100, and TMY ) the best results, for me, come from adding 100 ml of Xtol to 400 ml of water, then 10 ml of Rodinal ( 1+50 ).

It could be a fun New Year's experiment (on a non-critical roll, of course)

This looks interesting, specially considering that I've got both - I'm curious how it is on other films.

As you said, good chance to experiment though
