Rokkor Lens Problem

I have a MC Rokkor 100mm f3.5 Tele Rokkor that the focusing is really stiff. I left it in the sun for fifteen minutes and rotated the focusing ring many times. It only helped a little and after cooling off it was stiff again. I contacted John Titterington he said he might not be able to fix it. I am guessing the grease has hardened.

Can someone give me some recommendations who to send it to?

J. T. perhaps thought it might be mechanically damaged, if so it might not be possible to repair, that won't be different with another repair person. If it just need fresh lube, any repair person can do that. Your request reads like you want a guarantee that it can be fixed before sending it, no repair person will give you that.
