Hey guys! This is my first post in on this forum so I apologize if this is the wrong place to do it.

I recently picked up a Rollei 35 in fairly spectacular condition and I'm looking to get it in top working order as I plan on putting rolls through it (not looking at it on a shelf). The shutter speeds are pretty dead on but I'm sure everything could use some TLC. The lens is in excellent condition other than a little bit of internal dust which I wouldn't mind out.

I'm looking for a reputable shop/person to give this camera a good CLA. Preferably on the East Coast (USA) or Montreal/Toronto (Canada). Wouldn't mind someone with quick turnaround.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Put film in it and shoot away. I would avoid any CLA unless needed. Certainly if the shutter speeds are close put some film in and shoot!

I totally agree. I have one that I bought in 1969, used it extensively for years documenting my kids as they were growing up and other stuff. It's been in a drawer ever since I went digital.
One of my kids is interested in it so I tried out the shutter and it works at all speeds. I also discovered that a Weincell 625 battery works with it and is available for about $14 CDN.
I have put a roll of Kodacolor 400 into it and will head out to try it out.
