Found this little gem at a local thrift store amongst all the plastic point and shoots. Here's a few from the first roll, I was happy to see the meter still functions well. Funny little camera, never shot with one before. I could have used an ND filter. Film was Kodak Gold 200 and i was able to get 26 exp.
Heres the store exterior-

I took it to work that week and snapped a few of the crew. We were shooting a commercial in mountains just north of L.A.

I used to have one of those, got mine in a thrift store also...had a problem with the shutter (wouldn't fully close sometimes). The look was interesting...sharper than a point 'n shoot but not quite as refined as a 'real' camera...never got to explore it much because of the shutter though. In medium format I've become partial to the simple triplet lenses, particularly the Triotar in the Rolleicord. IIRC the 35B is a Triotar also.

I prefer the S and T versions over the SE and TE, because the meter readout is on the top deck. You can set the exposure without the need to raise the camera to your face to see the meter readout in the viewfinder.

I also found a 35B with Tristar at a garage sale for $5.

Agreed, but I've yet to ever find a deal on an S or T.
On another note, I like your site, the Diary story cracked me up! and nice photos & CB. Congrats on retirement.
