Rollei 35T and push fit filters

I've just picked up a Rollei 35 T with 24mm filter thread. Looking on ebay and elsewhere, 24mm screw thread filters are few and far between but there seems a good selection of 24mm 'push on' or 'push fit' filters available. So, does anyone know if this type of filter will fit, or is any good for, a 35T?

Push in and push over filters will not work on the Rollei 35's Tessar 40/3.5 lens. Get a 24 to 30.5 step-up ring for $20:

There are plenty of 30.5mm filters available.
