Rolleiflex 2.8e aperture problem

An update:

I went through the Ronsonol, let dry, shutter exercise a few times and it still seems a bit slow but at least its working reliably and not sticking.

I've left the aperture as is.

The speeds are adjustable via the position of the escapement. The escapement can run dry at the expense of a substantially shortened lifespan. It benefits from lubrication of the spindles and the pallet/starwheel, and this was done by Deckel as standard when the mechanism were originally manufactured, refer to the manual previously mentioned for further details.
