Here's a factor rarely mentioned in these comparison discussions: how does the screen look?
I just got a Rollei back from Harry Fleenor with a new Maxwell screen installed and it's wonderful to look through. I won't mention which model it is, because I would argue that the lower-end Rollei with a clean, bright screen is better than the highest end lens with an old, darker or dirty screen. The ability of the photographer to see/compose is far more important than the lens that captures the image. If any of these have the Maxwell screen, get that one.
How long was the wait for Harry to work on your Rolleiflex? I recently bought a beautiful 2.8D and am thinking of sending it to Harry, or another good repair shop. But I am a little worried about having too much money in it.
I paid $500 for it, and the major things I see wrong is that with the slow speeds the shutter doesn't always close completely right away, the mirror is dirty and losing the silvering on the very edges, and of course the screen is pretty dim. I am thinking that it will cost me $400 + to have this work done by Harry while installing a Maxwell screen (or maybe more, depending on what he finds!).
Do you guys think I would be too deep into this model if I have this work done? Or I could replace the mirror and install a Ric Oelson screen myself and just have a CLA done. Will there be a huge difference in the Oelson screen and Maxwell? Of course I could try replacing the mirror first to see if the screen is then better.
Obviously this is my first Rolleiflex, but I really like it so far and the first phots came out (technically) great.

Last time I saw Harry, he was running 12 weeks out. That was a camera I dropped off at Thanksgiving, and got it back in early March, I think.

You will enjoy that camera !! The lens still holds its own against the best modern stuff, and has a beautiful character.
Think about getting a really cheap old triotar rolleicord as a cheaper carry about camera also gives a different look wide open.

I have not used this fellow, but have heard that he does good work at a fair price. Lots of info about his service on his website: www.zeissikonrolleirepair.com
It is interesting what he says about changing out the ground glass on a Rollei.
