Rolleiflex SL66 500/5.6 HFT Tele-Tessar with filter problem

Bought a 500/5.6 Tele-Tessar HFT recently. To my surprise the lens cannot focus at infinity with a filter on, and focus spot on at infinity without the filter. Did some more tests and realised that the filter seemed to affect the image quality and I could tell from the view finder of a Contax Aria. So from now on no filter for this lens.

I have a Pentacon 500/5.6 it does not have the same focusing issue. The focusing is the same with and without filter.

Anybody has the same experience with this lens or other lens?

Managed to take some photos with the lens. Quite like it. But need to work much harder to get sharper pictures .........
