Rookie Needs Help Attaching Images

I apologize to the list for attaching a huge picture of my coffee cup (camera and coffee thread). Could I please get some advice on attaching images? In the future I want to spare you from having to veiw my dirty dishes in such detail (maybe dirty lenses, too -- I'd better check). Thanks!

just downsize the pics for posting here. i think i use between 550 ppi and 800 ppi (long side) for most web posting.

and no need to apologize, many have done the same before you!

Thank you, thank you! It's kind of funny being a rookie -- I have to expect things like this. I remember being a rookie horseman when I first moved here about 20 years ago -- I provided a lot of laughs for some of the locals that were kind enough to help me along. Thanks!
