Just get a french CRF Teleroy. A little question:
1. What's the size of lens hood and filter? Are they push-on or thread mount? There is a thread in the front of the lens, which measures around 35mm in diameter. But from these 2 photos (http://photozou.jp/photo/show/109390/23129930, http://photozou.jp/photo/show/109390/23129916), the hood seems like push-on type.

2. The double images in the rangefinder of my camera are not totally aligned together for the infinite object. I don't know how to adjust the rangefinder. Any experience to share?

Thanks. Trial shots would be shared later.

Looking at your pictures and a couple others found on the net it looks to me as if it screws in (no tabs on the flange and lens pictures show the writing on the lens ring but not the walls of the ring itself).

As for the range finder, no idea. Never heard of a Le Teleroy before let alone seen one. Must say it is a nice looking camera.

Thanks for your reply. Although it looks wonderful, especially the blue-coated lens plus the yellow-colored rangefinder windows, it is a little painful when using the rangfinder system: the double images are designed to be aligned only vertically, I am not used to it.

dont see many of these around, yellow windows means it is the second model, they started about 1950 and were still selling them in the closing of that decade..screw in filters , 35mm ..the RF is a strange one, basically the camera is a knock off of the Super Ikonta and well built but the RF unlike the S/ikonta RF mounted on the body, is completly mounted on the front standard and you have to look at this off center little image in the VF, kinda archaic and more resembles the RF from the very first cameras built with a RF, the Kodak 1A and 2C Autographic Special's...nice camera though, look forward to seeing some pics!

Thanks for your info. I would certainly share my experience of shooting later.

Very nice picture ! (i saw the one of Saloon and dog), i like the contrast

by the way, that soft toy almost looks life like! almost :p

That is not a toy! :bang: :bang:
It's a real dog, his name is Mickey. He is surely alive.
The contrast and the sharpness really surprises me. It's a direct scan from a cheap 2nd hand scanner without PS.
