I just found this interesting work by Salvadori about the way photojournalist and videographers manipulate the image even before it's taken. http://tambnguyen.com/2051-photojournalism-behind-the-scenes-by-ruben-salvadori/
and in view of recent images from conflicts in Syria, Libya , the arab spring as a whole and of course Israel I believe this to be an important and necessary work.

I personaly believe that there are decent photojournalists but as a whole I don't trust the medias anymore.

Great video. It's too bad you just realized that the media can spin things, it's always been that way and you just have to find a source you trust. I know many people in the media, some are trust worthy and others not. Such is life!

Some's job is to sell things (in media), some's job is journalism.
