can i still use it as a non paying member? can i still update photos of items to be sold?

regular members can post in the classified, but are charged a small fee. i think it's 2.50 usd. wtb or wtt ads are free.
payment can be made by paypal or credit card (not sure how as i've not used it)
all ads can be edited and photos can be added/changed etc.
go for it.
and the most important rule is you must notify me first of any really cool stuff you plan to sell...
