You're welcome. If you understand Russian (and I suspect you do) the original is available also and is perhaps better?

Murray, I fixed it completely yesterday. Took me a half an hour, thin rubber gloves, fresh dry cloth and a beautiful sunny day. It was an amazing light show in my room. The incoming sun light was sucked by a prism and made a cluster of different colors and tones burst into my walls and ceiling while I rotated prism in my hands. The quality of prisms is amazing, I've never seen such bright glass. The very next thing - shim in T-shaped base to reduce indifference between lens and viewfinder. So I fixed my Canon Eos 1V on a tripod and got 50mm view from my EF24-70f/2.8L Later I realized there's no such thing as a perfect adjustment, plus 24-70L is way bigger, a monster I'd say compared to Jupiter 8 but nevermind, all great shots in this world was made instantly without special tools, and some point-shoot. Unless someone would want to question Capa or Bresson
Thanks again.
