S3 + Skopar 21 mm + VCII meeter -- nice experience!!

Just back from a few weeks of vacation 😀 .... spent some time with my cameras - used the combination of my D80 (with 24-120 and 70-300 mm zooms) and my "new" S3 which I bought from a RF member in Taiwan just before summer.

Also bought from Cameraquest the 21 mm Skopar lens together with the "double hotshoe" and the Voigtlander VC meeter II which I must say resulted in a very good combination!!






Will post some results here later when I get the films back from the lab! Anyone else having used the S2/S3 with the 21 mm Skopar lens !?

Some examples of the combination of S3, 21 mm Scopar, VC II and Fuji Reala! I like the result and the use of the VCII is great compared with using the Sunny-16-rule!

Nice looking combo Jon and some really nice photos. I have the CV25, which I really like, but sometimes when I see photos like these I wonder if the 21 might have been a better choice.

Thanks! I have never tried the CV25 so I cannot compare but I was presently surprised by the results with the CV21!

And like2fiddle - what are the cameras on your avatar - a Nikon RF S2 with a VC Meeter and a Bessa R3 !?

The CV 21 is the lens I use the most on my S3, and I'm very pleased with the results. I've never considered the clip on meter only because I always carry a Flashmeter III.
