i just got this email...

Storms are hitting us again. So this is going to be short.

Moses passed away in our arms Saturday morning at about 11am. The cancer was too aggressive and late detected.
His lungs could not support his breathing enough. He fought to the end. We will never ever be able to thank everyone enough for allowing us the chance to save my friend.
Needless to say, I'm wiped out mentally and physically.

Our total gratitude to all who helped and said the prayers.

Oh.

My heart is with them. I know how much the greys mean to Dave and Sue, and how total and unselfish their devotion to them is.

I hope they can find comfort in the certainty that they gave Moses years of contentment he may never have had otherwise.

I can't say it any better.

Dave, as a fellow Greyhound lover you have my sympathy. We've been there too often ourselves, most recently just two weeks ago with our foster boy.

Peace.

Heartfelt condolences. May your fortunes improve from now on.
Kurt M.

I can't say it any better either.

WOW, it is so difficult to lose a faithful friend and I have tears welling up reading this thread. I hope that the memories of a life past will bring you joy and sustain you in your loss.

Lynn has said it best for me too.
