The sakura are very beautiful.
Fuji used to make Fortia SP, a super high saturation E6 film for photographing cherry blossoms and autumn colours. Maybe Fuji could put a Fortia mode in their digital cameras . . .

There is some Fortia floating around on eBay from some Japanese vendors at some pretty significant prices (and that was before tariffs were imposed). Beautiful film.Fortia SP and TREBI100C I really miss.

I went to Washington to photograph the cherry blossoms around the Tidal Basin, but unfortunately the only day I was free was a few days before peak bloom and the flowers were still wrapped up tight in their buds, and due to family obligations I couldn't have a do-over later that week. Oh well, I did my best.

I just checked メルカリ, a Japanese platform, and there was FORTIA offered for very high prices. Now it’s peak season but not worth the money I think. Development of E6 films here in Japan has become very expensive on top of that. There is some Fortia floating around on eBay from some Japanese vendors at some pretty significant prices (and that was before tariffs were imposed). Beautiful film.

I live in Washington. These photos were taken in Washington DC.
Nice photos, though.
