Hello, I also wonder about the printing quality of the two versions (standart vs limited) : can someone confirm that they are identical (or that the limited is better) ? thx

Post #22 on Page 1 here shows Sally Mann with what looks like a IIIf and a 50, but she's looking through a 90mm finder. Should I try this?

I have both editions of the book. They are identical, except for the hard slip case and -- obviously -- Sally's signature for the limited edition.

Here are the two editions side by side. The books are identical, the only difference is the cloth hard slip case (limited edition) vs dust cover (regular edition). You have the same book if you take off the covers.

Seriously, the regular priced catalog is all you need. The $150 extra for the slipcase and signature is frivolous. Also note that the reproduction s are not exact; this is deliberate.
