The part I find most interesting is the photos are taken from the photographer's viewpoint of nationality. Sadly the comments entirely miss the point of the article.

John, I didn't find it in the article (at least from a cursory reading of it), unless it's commentary on the scene as a nighttime pi$$ing match (or bed wetting?).
