Sanford Roth, Contax/Nikon RF man

Has any one got any photos of the famous celebrity photographer Sanford Roth himself?

I know he died on April 27th 1962 aged 58 in Rome.
I managed to find only one late picture of him and his black Nikon SP.

I recall seeing a photo of Roth, dressed in a suit. It was in an issue of Popular Photograpy's annual...about 20 years ago. Sorry I can't be more explicit.
