I knew someone in the "admin" department that was this bad. Mysteries such as the printer not printing were usually solved by turning it on. My favorite was "corrupt data" and "lost files" back in the 5.25" floppy days. Real mystery. Clean the drive, replace the drive, ... One day I asked her to hand a floppy to me, she did with it out of the jacket using the "finger holders". You know, the section of the case that is cut away exposing the magnetic disk... To make it worse, she snacked on potato chips at her desk.
