Saul Leiters exhibition.

I found this via the BBC web site, it's an exhibition in London [HuckelBury gallery] of the colour work of Saul Leiters. The gallery's website has some great PDFs of the work. this is the link to the colour photograph PDF.

Thanks. Saw a huge and truly great exhibition of his early colour works, as well as some ingenious ad-work he did. The catalogue is great, too, I found.

MrFlibble - the exhibition in Antwerp looks great - would love to see the much-hyped Vivian Maier in print! Will have to do the trip up from Brussels one of these weekends!

The number of prints on display from Vivian Maier is a little disappointing though. Of the 50 pieces on display I recall that about 15 were Maier's. The rest were Mr Leiters' work.

If you are going to visit Antwerp, I can recommend combining it with a visit to the FoMu (FotoMuseum). 😉

Ah, thank you - that's a shame. Mind you Antwerp always offers enough to make up for it - and the FoMu is high on my list! 🙂
